Celebrate with this festive pennant cuff.  The red, blue & turquoise pennants are hand cut, punched and stitched on to a tan leather cuff.  The Silver/Nickel snaps measure at 7 1/2".  The cuff is 1 1/2" wide.  This cuff can be duplicated in a custom size. No two cuffs are identical.
